Founder and CEO
Matt has been an innovator and entrepreneur since he was a kid. He once said, "I’ve learned more from trying than anything else ever!" His subcontractors once proclaimed him as "The best problem solver we’ve ever worked with." He believes in prioritizing function over form. According to him, once the function is optimized, it should be maintained or improved as the form takes its course.
Matt's personal life is just as dynamic as his professional one. He cherishes his time with family and friends, and his favorite activities reflect his adventurous spirit: dirt biking, snow skiing, snorkeling, and tactical firearms training. His love for the Pacific Northwest is evident in his words: "They don’t call it the Great Pacific Northwest for nothing! I love it here. It has everything except Hawaii, but luckily, it's a fairly quick flight."

The analyst, the realist. The kickstart is when the ignition isn’t working, and Doug reminds us that it all starts with One. One person, one idea, one sale. "Sell one, just sell one.” Doug is a careful and masterful planner and loves to do it statistically. He focuses on eliminating the risks without diminishing the reward. In an extreme endurance competition, running through the mountainous high desert, he’s the teammate whose watch has been set in 20-minute intervals to remind us, “Drink!”.
From the Global Footwear Costing Manager for Nike - Jordan to Ice Breaker, from his restaurant franchise to real estate and everything else in between, his variety of experience and expertise in product and logistical analytics runs deep.
Doug’s a family man at his core who helps run a full house. They are his top priority. He loves sports, both coaching and playing. Basketball and snow skiing are two of his top favorites. His strong faith backs him up. “Everything happens for a reason, and their timing often shows us why.”
